Abstract
Kristofer Jachnow is a research associate at the Humboldt Science Center for Child Development. Previously, he worked at the Leipzig Research Centre Global Dynamics (ReCentGlobe), where he conducted a nationwide quantitative employee survey in public administration as part of the InRa study (Institutions and Racism).
He studied sociology at Leipzig University. During his studies, he served as a lecturer and tutor for quantitative methods, data analysis, and statistical software, and contributed to research projects on teacher education and pedagogical diagnostics.
