The apartment has 65 m² living space and is located at Otto-Schill-Straße 1, approx. 2 minutes from the historic city center of Leipzig, opposite the St. Thomas Chruch, in which Johann Sebastian Bach performed his world-famous cantatas over 300 years ago.
The apartment has a combined living room and bedroom and another bedroom for children or other guests, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge / freezer and an oven, microwave and a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Toilet and shower are spatially separated from each other. Large, semicircular windows and a parquet floor full of character give this apartment a unique charm. Towels and linen are provided in the apartment. The tenant is responsible for cleaning during the rental period. A total of 4 people can stay in the apartment. There are sufficient parking spaces in the area and in the form of a multi-storey car park right next to the building.
