Work in Leipzig 2024
Students, PhD candidates and Alumni of all fields are kindly invited to learn about job prospects at young and new companies in and around Leipzig.
The aim of this event is for you to meet young and new companies and find out what career opportunities you have in our region. This format is therefore organized together with Leipzig Alumni, HTWK Leipzig and Invest Region Leipzig. After a brief introduction of the participating companies, you can directly bring up burning topics for discussion. Whether about working hours, internships, remote jobs or lateral entry - all questions are welcome. Afterwards, there will be a get-together to get to know the companies in a personal conversation over delicious drinks and snacks.

participating companies:
- ENERTRAG develops, builds and operates energy solutions from wind, photovoltaics and green hydrogen. The aim is to drive forward a global energy transition by completely replacing fossil fuels.
- rku.it is a cloud service provider and consulting partner for IT solutions. They are a leading solution provider and operator for medium and large utility companies in the DACH region.
- Ingenics Consulting is an internationally operating management consultancy. The company's expertise ranges from strategy, process and organizational consulting to the digital transformation of business models, products and processes.
- Portabiles is a start-up in the digital health sector. Its application supports Parkinson's patients in maintaining mobility and autonomy with wearable sensors via an app and tele-nurse care.
- MetaCompliance has more than 18 years of experience in the cyber security and compliance sector. On the platform they have developed, they offer interactive training for corporate clients.
- Aevoloop develops new, recyclable plastics and associated recycling processes.
The event will be held in German. There will be slides in English to accompany the event. Questions and discussions can be held in German and English.
