Course Description
Problem-solving is helpful. Overthinking is harmful. Here's how to tell the difference!
It’s not about the amount of time spent thinking. It’s how you do it. So within the workshop „Overthinking & how to control it – by letting go“ we‘ll touch upon the sometimes existential but always fundamental questions regarding the ever-present mechanisms of our complex body-brain-mind-system: when does too-much-thinking actually start & how does it occur in the brain? Why do we suffer from it & why can we stop the inner chatter – by letting it speak?!
Besides the brief [!] sharing of scientific theory we’ll focus on immediate & hands-on self-experience [!!]. See you & your inner voice soon!
