Abstract:

The research group "Language Cycles" at the MPI for Human Cognitive and Brain Sciences investigates the neurobiology of language and its possible implications for the shape of the languages of the world. In the presentation, I will introduce our research questions in a broader context and provide a glimpse into our inter-disciplinary methodological inventory that contains behavioral, electrophysiological, and computational tools.
