Empowerment and Self-care for (B)WoC* and International Students
Using interactive methods and insights into theory and practice; strategies for self-care, resilience and holistic empowerment for (Black) and Women* of Colour are introduced and discussed.
These methods can offer support to students and doctoral candidates in coping with stress and the experiences of everyday racism. Dr. Cassandra Ellerbe works intersectionally, i.e. with a focus on the interweaving of various diversity dimensions such as ‘origin,' religion, gender/race, and others. The workshop is intended to be a brave space for the participants.
