After too long of a break, Brain Dynamics Science Speed Dating continues with the third round!
On Wednesday, 29th May, we will meet again in Bierakademie, Sternwartenstr. 4, 04103 Leipzig. We have reserved part of the outside sitting area starting at 19:00 and we ordered some nice rain-free weather. In case the order gets lost, we will still have a place inside the bar, so don’t be discouraged by a gray sky and stop by. We will again have two Science Speed Dating rounds lasting until 20:30, with plenty of time to chat casually in-between and afterwards. Two soft drinks per person and pizza will be provided too! Please note that we can’t include alcoholic beverages and there is no card payment in the bar.
Everyone is very welcome to join. Doctoral candidates, postdocs and PIs will have the opportunity to get together in a more informal setting and have an exchange about their current projects and general ideas. After the Science Speed Dating rounds we will discuss the upcoming Scientific Day and Pilot Project Call.
If you are already as excited as we are about the third Science Speed Dating Meetup, feel free to register by filling out this form, or sending your information (Name, Mail, Working group) directly. This will make it easier for the planning of the event and the information will be used to prepare a nametag and a little business card for you. However, this is not a must and we will have some blank cards laying around to fill out on the spot too. No matter what: Please feel free to drop by, the more the merrier and the more beneficial the exchange for everyone!
